Iphone X display ,not working in cold weather

Since the time iPhone X has been released it is in news for various reasons. It has received both positive and negative feedbacks. And recently Apple Inc. has confessed that their newest iPhone X loses the touch functionality in cold weather conditions. They have found a solution to fix this. Apple is planning a software update which will solve the issue.

"It appears the 'coldgate' problem with iPhone X was happening at temperatures close to zero degrees but still within the recommended temperature range," said a report.

"In certain conditions, the iPhone X will temporarily be unable to respond to user input if the temperature of the surrounding environment suddenly dropped," the report quoted Apple’s words.

Last week some owners complained that their devices are not working in cold environment.

 After iOS 11, Apple has released iOS 11.1 and in the next software update which will be iOS 11.2 in which the issue will be fixed. The iOS 11.2 is currently under test in the beta program and is it is released the very first update will be of the Apple ‘Pay Cash’.
